Standard Times
Your order will be processed within 2 business days. We know you are excited to receive your purchase, and we are just as excited to get it to you! Please allow up to 4 business days to receive tracking information for your order.
Orders are shipped via ground transportation. Standard delivery time is 2-10 business days.
Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or shipping information. Delivery time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions and/or high volume of packages during peak season.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes.
Please note that any addition duty charges, taxes, and customs charges are not our responsibility.
Kyodan is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping provider in the case of a missing package.
Promotions
If your order is eligible for a promotional offer that reduces the purchase price of any products or the price of the overall order or includes a gift with purchase (GWP), and you subsequently return a portion of the order so that the order no longer qualifies for the promotional offer, it is at our sole discretion to reduce the refund by the retail value of the unreturned GWP and/or by the additional amount the order would have cost, including free shipping eligibility.
